Agreement to terms

By visiting or playing a game on Trend Arcade, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site. We may update these terms as the site grows; continuing to use Trend Arcade after a change means you accept the revised terms.

The games, design, logo, and code on Trend Arcade are owned by us or used under license, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may play the games and share links to the site, but you may not copy, modify, or distribute the underlying code, artwork, or branding without our prior written permission.

Local data & scores

High scores, preferences, and similar game state are stored locally in your browser (see our Privacy Policy for details) and are not saved on our servers. Clearing your browser’s site data, switching browsers, or using a different device will reset this local progress. We aren’t responsible for any loss of local game data.

Third-party advertising

We may display ads served by third-party networks, including Google AdSense, to help keep Trend Arcade free. Ads are served and controlled by those third parties, and we aren’t responsible for the content of ads shown on the site. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are used.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Trend Arcade is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee the site or any game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including loss of local game data or high scores.

Changes to the service

We may add, change, or remove games and features at any time without notice. We may also suspend or discontinue the site entirely.
